Service fees

The client pays for accommodation and meals. Care itself is paid from the care allowance. Here are indicative prices.

The amount depends on the degree of dependency. The client always keeps at least 15% of their pension.

Admission process

From application to admission – the entire process is transparent and we guide you every step of the way.

Submitting application

Fill in the application and attach a medical report and care allowance decision.

Application review

The application is reviewed by a social worker and management. We will contact you with the result.

Personal meeting

Come and visit. We will show you the premises and discuss what your loved one needs.

Contract signing and admission

We agree on conditions, sign the contract and together choose the admission date.

Frequently asked questions

A completed application form, a doctor statement, a copy of the care allowance decision and a copy of your ID. The form can be downloaded from the Application page.

Usually within 30 days. If we have a vacancy, we will invite you for a meeting. If not, we record the application and contact you as soon as a place becomes available.

Absolutely, we recommend it. Just call or write and we will arrange a date. The visit is non-binding.

Every day during visiting hours. Family contact is important for our clients, so we welcome and encourage visits.

We continuously adjust the care plan. If the condition changes significantly, we inform you immediately and resolve it together.

Yes, we offer a short-term trial stay. Both the client and family can verify if they are comfortable with us. We will be happy to discuss details at a meeting.
